The room had a bright and spacious walk-in shower. the staff, especially at the reception, were very good and courteous. - the hotel is located near Omiya's Pinetree, which is a marvelous location. - the in-house restaurant served appetizing food.

This hotel has a fantastic location right by the beach, perfect for enjoying the fireworks show. The ocean view twin room was spacious and offered a great view of the fireworks. The onsen facilities on the 8th floor and top floor had amazing ocean views as well.

We loved being close to the beach, with stunning views of the sea from both the indoor and outdoor rooftop pools. The hotel had a cozy and romantic ambiance with beautiful sea views from most of the rooms. the hot springs facilities were clean, well, maintained, and offered saunas. We loved the attentive and helpful service of the staff. They offered free of charge phone charging facilities and were always eager to assist us. the hotel was located in a great spot, with easy walking distance to several good restaurants.

The food quality was average, and the portions were small. We had hoped for more traditional Japanese food but were disappointed with the French, inspired cuisine, and the western, style breakfast buffet lacked variety.
